The reconstruction program for fire victims in Rangeli Municipality Ward No. 3 is currently underway in partnership with Rangeli Municipality, Habitat for Humanity Nepal, and Sahara Nepal. As part of this effort, the Global Village team volunteered from September 23 to 28, 2024, providing their time and labor to support the ongoing rebuilding process.

The Global Village team, consisting of international volunteers, contributed significantly to the reconstruction efforts, helping families who were affected by the fire incident. Their five-day stay in Rangeli was marked by active participation in rebuilding homes, demonstrating the spirit of global solidarity and support for the community.

While the program is still in progress, local residents and stakeholders have expressed gratitude for the Global Village team’s dedication and the continued collaboration between Rangeli Municipality, Habitat for Humanity Nepal, and Sahara Nepal to ensure the successful restoration of the affected area.
