Job Description
- Accountable for overall project cycle management
- Prepare and ensure proper implementation of Detailed Implementation Plan (DIP)
- Responsible for Stakeholder engagement and management
- Identify the risks, assess them and implement mitigation measures
- Act in compliance management of the project
- Carry out the baseline and endline KAP surveys of the beneficiaries along with public audit of the program
- Ensure the quality of deliverables with proper procurement process with Admin and Finance officer,
- Share achievements, learning and challenges and manage the outcomes.
Eligibility:
- Minimum Master’s Degree preferably in Food Technology and Nutrition, Environment or Agriculture or equivalent and at least 3 years experience in project management related to agriculture, food security and livelihood.
Required Knowledge and Skills
- Ability to develop training manuals and curriculum, and conduct training on vegetable farming.
- Sound knowledge on agriculture market and market system.
- Competent on running computerized statistical and Office software
- Proficient in report writing, documentation and Presentation
- Good interpersonal and communication and linguistic skills
